Norwegian Cod Fish Steamed to Perfection

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 piece Norwegian Arctic cod fish
  • 20g scallions
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 5g children's soy sauce
  • 1 section of carrot
  • Lemon (for marination)
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Finely chop the ginger, scallions, and carrot.
  3. Marinate the cod fish with lemon to enhance the flavor and remove any fishiness.
  4. Place the ginger, scallions, and carrot on top of the cod.
  5. Steam the fish for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove the ginger strips after cooking.
  7. Drizzle with children's soy sauce before serving.
