Pork and Cabbage Pan-Fried Dumplings

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Leftover dumplings (pork and cabbage) - 18 pcs
  • Umami soy sauce - 2 teaspoons
  • Aromatic rice vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Chili oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - as needed
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Heat a pan and add a suitable amount of vegetable oil.
  3. Add the leftover dumplings to the pan.
  4. Pan-fry the dumplings until they turn golden brown.
  5. Prepare a dipping sauce: mix 2 tablespoons of aromatic rice vinegar.
  6. Add 2 teaspoons of umami soy sauce.
  7. Stir in 1 tablespoon of chili oil and mix well.
  8. Place the fried dumplings on a plate.
  9. Serve the dumplings with the prepared dipping sauce.
