Pork and Cabbage Pan-Fried Dumplings
Ingredients:
- Leftover dumplings (pork and cabbage) - 18 pcs
- Umami soy sauce - 2 teaspoons
- Aromatic rice vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Chili oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - as needed
Instructions:
- Prepare all the ingredients.
- Heat a pan and add a suitable amount of vegetable oil.
- Add the leftover dumplings to the pan.
- Pan-fry the dumplings until they turn golden brown.
- Prepare a dipping sauce: mix 2 tablespoons of aromatic rice vinegar.
- Add 2 teaspoons of umami soy sauce.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of chili oil and mix well.
- Place the fried dumplings on a plate.
- Serve the dumplings with the prepared dipping sauce.
