Potato Beer Duck
Ingredients:
- Duck: 1000g
- Potatoes: 500g
- Beer: 330ml
- Garlic: 20g
- Green Onion: 15g
- Ginger Slices: 15g
Instructions:
- Blanch the duck meat to remove any gamey taste.
- Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Fry the duck meat until it's aromatic.
- Add all the ingredients together.
- Simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
- Season to enhance flavor and color before serving.
