Potato Beer Duck

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Duck: 1000g
  • Potatoes: 500g
  • Beer: 330ml
  • Garlic: 20g
  • Green Onion: 15g
  • Ginger Slices: 15g
Instructions:
  1. Blanch the duck meat to remove any gamey taste.
  2. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Fry the duck meat until it's aromatic.
  4. Add all the ingredients together.
  5. Simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
  6. Season to enhance flavor and color before serving.
