San Si Bao Dou Plus

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1/2 Onion (preferably purple)
  • 10 sprigs Cilantro
  • 100g Peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 2g Salt
Instructions:
  1. Soak the potato strips in water and then drain thoroughly.
  2. Soak and drain cilantro as well.
  3. Slice the onion into strips.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the potato strips until crispy.
  5. After frying, turn off the heat and add peanuts to the hot oil for crispness.
  6. Mix the fried potato strips, onion, cilantro, salt, vinegar, and sugar. Toss gently, avoiding the use of utensils or hands, by scooping from the bottom and lifting upwards.
Nutrition:
  • This dish is rich in carbohydrates and contains a moderate amount of protein from the peanuts. It's also a good source of dietary fiber.
