Stir-Fried Beef with Mushrooms

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Grass-fed beef (USA) - 200g
  • Mushrooms - 6 pieces
  • Broccoli - 150g
  • Ginger - a few slices
  • Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh chicken sauce - 20g
  • Soy sauce (for marinating) - 15g
  • Cornstarch (for marinating) - 5g
  • Cooking wine (for marinating) - 10g
  • Peanut oil (for marinating) - 10g
Instructions:
  1. Cut the beef into strips.
  2. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, cooking wine, and peanut oil.
  3. Blanch the broccoli and sliced mushrooms in boiling water.
  4. Drain and set aside the blanched vegetables.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the ginger slices until fragrant.
  6. Add the beef to the pan.
  7. Stir-fry the beef until it's almost cooked.
  8. Add the broccoli and mushrooms to the pan.
  9. Stir in the fresh chicken sauce.
  10. Stir-fry everything until well combined and the beef is fully cooked.
  11. Serve the dish hot.
