Stir-Fried Cabbage with Chinese Sausage

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Chinese sausage (Lap Cheong), 100g
  • Cabbage, 500g
  • Carrot, 50g
  • Garlic, 15g
  • Celery, 60g
Instructions:
  1. Fry the garlic until fragrant.
  2. Sauté the carrots until they start to soften.
  3. Fry the Chinese sausage until aromatic.
  4. Stir-fry the cabbage until it softens.
  5. Season the dish to taste.
  6. Enhance the flavor and color, then serve.
