Superior Soup Steamed Eggs

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 rounds of chicken sauce (e.g., TooToo Joy Chicken Sauce)
  • 150g warm water
  • Green peas, to taste
  • Sesame seeds, to taste
Instructions:
  1. Crack two eggs into a bowl.
  2. Beat the eggs until smooth.
  3. Add two rounds of chicken sauce.
  4. Mix with warm water.
  5. Pour the mixture into the eggs and blend well.
  6. Strain the mixture into a steaming bowl.
  7. Cover and steam in a pot for 10 minutes, then let it sit for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. After steaming, the eggs should be tender and without tiny holes.
  9. Drizzle with sesame oil.
  10. Garnish with green peas.
  11. Top with sesame seeds for added fragrance.
  12. Enjoy the smooth and silky steamed eggs.
