Yuzu Hot Red Tea
Ingredients:
- Red Tea: a small handful
- Yuzu (Japanese citrus): 3 segments
- Rock Sugar: to taste
Instructions:
- Peel the yuzu. It's yuzu season, don't miss out!
- Prepare the ingredients: yuzu, red tea, and rock sugar.
- Put all ingredients into a health pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and start boiling.
- Once boiled, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
