Yuzu Hot Red Tea

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Red Tea: a small handful
  • Yuzu (Japanese citrus): 3 segments
  • Rock Sugar: to taste
Instructions:
  1. Peel the yuzu. It's yuzu season, don't miss out!
  2. Prepare the ingredients: yuzu, red tea, and rock sugar.
  3. Put all ingredients into a health pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and start boiling.
  4. Once boiled, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Enjoy your yuzu hot red tea as a cozy afternoon drink!
